DON’T GET ME STARTED has fans getting used to an off-season without appearing in a playoff game. There are tons of reasons why they haven’t reached post-season play.

I scratched my coconut trying to come up with a plan that would – finally- get a winner in Buffalo. I got it and here it is:
1. Hire Bill Polian to oversee the Bills in whatever capacity he wants;
2. Frank Reich becomes the head coach
3. Jim Kelley becomes offensive coordinator and quarterback coach
4. Thurman Thomas becomes the running backs coach
5. Will Wohlford will be the offensive line coach
6. Pete Metzlaars to be installed as the tight ends coach
7. Andre Reed will be the receiver’s coach
8 Darryl Talley will become the linebacker coach
9. Mark Kelso will become the defensive backs coach
10 And it goes without saying – Steve Tasker will be the Special Teams coach
If fans have been yearning for a winning attitude – the listed winners certainly will tell these kids coming aboard what winning is all about. Those 10 coaches will not accept excuses for poor play. These 10 will accept only a winning attitude. 4 of those listed will shove their Hall of Fame rings in the face of anyone that would question their .their roles with the club
And, of course, Terry Pegula could rejoice because once the coaching and front office lineup would be announced – a new record for season ticket sales would be reached. And – bringing aboard these talented, gifted professionals would generate an excitement where other teams will toy with the same idea when the Buffalo Bills reach the playoffs in 2017 on Don’t Get Me Started.
