BILLS SIGN P MOORMAN
ORCHARD PARK, NY – The Buffalo Bills today announced that the team has signed P Brian Moorman. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Moorman re-joins the Bills for his second stint with the franchise. He spent his first 12 seasons in the NFL with Buffalo (2001 – Week Three of 2012). Moorman currently holds franchise records in gross punting average (43.9), punts inside the 20 (243) and total punts (862). He was twice selected to the NFL Pro Bowl as a member of the Bills following the 2005 and 2006 seasons. His 265 punts inside the 20 since the 2001 season are tied for second among active NFL punters.
