RYAN MILLER ANNOUNCES CATWALK FOR CHARITY VII: CIRQUE DU SABRES

BUFFALO, NY – Buffalo Sabres goalie Ryan Miller and The Steadfast Foundation announce the plans for Catwalk for Charity VII: Cirque du Sabres with a Masquerade Twist on Sunday, December 15 at 6 p.m. at the Town Ballroom, 681 Main St., in downtown Buffalo. Kevin and Jackie LoVullo will serve as honorary chaircouple for the event. Kevin is host of Spiel the Wine, a weekly program on WGRZ-TV in Buffalo, NY. A former insurance professional, he is a self-taught wine master who shares his expert wine advice with more than 20,000 viewers each week,  interviewing world-renowned winemakers, Sommeliers and celebrities.  Jackie owns Zenjoy handmade whimsical wreaths in Williamsville, creating handmade whimsical wreaths on display at many art shows and various charities throughout Western New York.

Catwalk for Charity, the signature event of The Steadfast Foundation, supports pediatric programs at Carly’s Club and cancer research at Roswell Park. The event has raised more than $1,000,000 since its inception in 2007. Funds from Catwalk for Charity promote diversionary events and psychosocial programs for pediatric cancer patients and their families. Ryan Miller also donates his suite at the First Niagara Center for every Sabres home game and other special events to Carly’s Club kids.

Catwalk for Charity VII: Cirque du Sabres with a Masquerade Twist is a star-studded affair that includes live music by Les Femmes de Nik and The Heritage, an unbelievable live auction, open bar and cuisine from Buffalo’s finest restaurants. The VIP red carpet will be hosted by E! Chief News Correspondent and Buffalo native Ken Baker.  Miller and all of his teammates will be at Buffalo’s ultimate party with a purpose. At Cirque du Sabres, join the circus, from freak to formal. Be entertained. Be mesmerized. But keep your eyes open -you never know who your favorite Buffalo Sabre will be masquerading as!  This is a 21 and over event, a rule that will be strictly enforced at the door.
