ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. – The Buffalo Bills today announced their 2016 preseason schedule. Buffalo will host the Indianapolis Colts and New York Giants at Ralph Wilson Stadium in Weeks One and Two of the preseason before traveling to face the Washington Redskins and Detroit Lions in Weeks Three and Four.
Buffalo will open its 2016 preseason schedule when it welcomes Indianapolis to Ralph Wilson Stadium in Week One. The matchup will mark the eighth preseason meeting between the two teams and first since 2013 when the Bills and Colts opened the preseason in Indianapolis.
The Bills will then host the New York Giants, the first preseason matchup between the two teams since 2014 when the Bills and Giants squared off in Canton in the annual Hall of Fame game. The matchup will mark the sixth time that the Bills have met the Giants in preseason play.
Buffalo will head to Washington in Week Three for the team’s 16th preseason meeting and first preseason matchup since the Bills traveled to Washington in 2013.
The Bills will close out their preseason schedule on the road versus the Detroit Lions in Week Four. The two teams will meet for the 15th consecutive year in an exhibition game and for the 36th time in preseason history.
