Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor suffered a sprained knee against the Titans Sunday and could miss several games according to sources.
Taylor injured the knee when he was yanked down from behind running for a first down on the critical third and 23 play that helped propel the Bills to an eventual touchdown. On the next Titans series the CBS cameras showed Taylor being attended to by the Bills training staff and most thought it was his already injured ankle they were taping up. However, it turned out to be Taylor’s knee that needed to be bound and strengthened to finish the game.
The Bills signed veteran quarterback Josh Johnson to back up EJ Manuel should he start against the Bengals this Sunday. The 29 year old Johnson was last signed by Indianapolis due to Andrew Luck’s bum shoulder and had becausand released
