University at Buffalo today will name Lance Leipold as the new head Football Coach for the Bulls. Leipold has coached Wisconsin-Whitewater to the NCAA Division III national championship five times in seven years, with a glossy 106-6 record over eight seasons.

UB finished this past season at 5-6, closing the season with a 41-21 victory over U. Mass after Athletic Director Danny White fired Jeff Quinn on October 13th when the team fell to 3-4.
